Payment Options & Funding Information
At Ladybird we accept various payment methods such as Direct Debit, Standing Order, Electronic transfer, and Cash.
We also accept all Child Care Vouchers and payments from colleges and universities. (Please ask for details in advance)
We offer 15 & 30 hour funding to any parents who are eligible.
Parents will receive a monthly invoice 2 weeks in advance. Payment is due within 7 days from date of Invoice.

Price List and Session Times
Full Time: £445 a week 8am-6pm Mon-Fri
Full Day: £95 per day 8am-6pm
Morning: £57 8am-1pm
Afternoon: £57 1.30pm-6pm
Ad-hoc day: £98 8am-6pm
Ad-hoc session: £60 8am-1pm or 1.30pm-6pm
1 day: £95 8am-6pm
2 days: £190 8am–6pm
3 days: £275 8am-6pm (£10 Saving)
4 days: £360 8am-6pm (£20 Saving)
5 days: £445 8am-6pm (£30 Saving)
A £25 Non-refundable registration fee is due if you are put on our waiting list.
A deposit will be due when your enrolment form is submitted. This will be calculated at 2 weeks fees (up to a maximum of £500).
Your first month’s invoice will be sent 1 week prior to your start date.
We accept all major childcare vouchers
Funding
We offer 15 & 30 hour funding to any parents who are eligible. This is a free entitlement, and these hours are not chargeable. This applies to 38 weeks of the year. The remaining 14 weeks are payable in full unless you are full funded.
We do not offer term-time only.
